What is a Free Community Nature Walk?
Open to community of all ages! Join your neighbors and make new friends as we savor nature through child-like wonder, stopping frequently to allow everyone to enjoy the community, creativity, and connection that is alive all around us.
What can I expect?
As a FREE Community Nature Walk, you are free to move at your own pace and in your own style. We'll start out with a brief circle to introduce ourselves. We typically stop for a snack partway through our walk. As people move at different paces, we may or may not end our walk all together at the same time.
What is provided?
I provide the time, place, route, and encouragement. You provide your own food, water, first aid, and assumption of risk. This is not a drop-off program. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
