Join us for a special FREE all-ages Nature School event in collaboration with the SER-UW Nursery at the UW Center for Urban Horticulture
Sunday, November 16th, 11am-1pm
Our very own Nature School teacher and intern, Amber Calderon, is guiding a special tour filled with family-friendly activities for all ages! Experience the Center for Urban Horticulture nursery and greenhouse, and learn about ecological restoration, while engaging in fun, hands-on activities.
Activities will include seed germinating, planting starts, and story time - plus everyone takes home their very own native plant!
Afterward, stay for a walk through the fragrance garden and the restored wetland (one of my very favorite trails in all of the city of Seattle). The trail is unpaved, but flat and stroller-friendly.
Bring your own snacks.
"At the Winter Revelry, we experienced the sense of community we've been looking for - one where our daughter can feel accepted and valued just as she is."

"Thank you for that spectacular and heartwarming Revelry!"

"Your Spring Revelry with the children and parents was lovely! There are good things going on in this world like this, and we so appreciate them. Thank you."
